At Real Leather World, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.
1. Eligibility for Returns

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our customer service team at info@realleatherworld.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack the item securely and include the RMA number.

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are allowed within 15 days.

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item, or contact our support team for guidance.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
